Our supported charity is Florence Nightingale Hospice
For Christmas 2010 we raised over £1000 in the sale of Christmas cards. Thank you to everyone.
The aim of the Florence Nightingale Hospice is to provide a first class service which is accessible to the people of Aylesbury and surrounding villages. As far afield as Buckingham, Leighton Buzzard, Tring, Amersham, Chesham, High Wycombe, Chinnor and Thame.

Free support is provided for patients, families and close friends. The emphasis is upon improving the patient's quality of life through symptom control, pain relief, emotional and spiritual support.
Florence Nightingale Hospice was built in the late 1980s, as a result of a successful local public appeal which raised over £500,000. The Hospice was handed over to the Health Authority in October 1989 for the benefit of the local population and is now managed by the Bucks Primary Care Trust. A £750,000 extension, funded by monies raised by the Charity, was added in 2001.
